General Questions
All orders are processed and shipped same day if placed before 2pm PST Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2PM will ship next business day. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on these days will ship on Monday.
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally. Orders exceeding $49 in the continental US qualify for free shipping. For orders under $49 our flat rate of $6.95 will apply.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 regardless of dollar amount or size.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on which carrier offers the better service option.
Tracking numbers will be sent via E-mail when order ships.
All orders are processed and shipped same day if placed before 4pm PST Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4PM will ship next day or the following business day if placed on Saturday or Sunday.
Payments can be made by credit card or digital wallets. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Digital Wallets that may be used are Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe.
We also accept some international credit cards, however we only ship within the United States at this time.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with anything you purchase simply return the unused portion within 30 days for a full refund less shipping. If returning more than 3 items a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Only one opened item of the same product may be returned. All others of the same product must be unopened and sealed to be eligible for refund.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call our Mesa store location at 480-962-8288 for assistance. We will be happy to rectify the situation over the phone. Please note that we usually ship received orders promptly. If placed before 2pm Pacific Standard Time – your order will go out same day in most cases. If your order does not go out the day you place it, it will go out the next business day.
